Despite advancements in healthcare, millions still lack access to essential medical services. In Sub-Saharan Africa, one in six children dies before their fifth birthday, and maternal mortality rates remain alarmingly high. HCC collaborates with local healthcare providers, NGOs, governments, and private organizations to deliver high-quality healthcare to rural communities.

Our Work

HCC in the U.S.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, HCC played a crucial role in supporting vulnerable communities in the U.S. Our efforts included:

  • Providing thousands of meals to those in need.
  • Hosting online educational sessions about COVID-19 prevention and treatment.

HCC in Sub-Saharan Africa

HCC has been at the forefront of healthcare initiatives in some of the most challenging regions of Sub-Saharan Africa. Our impact includes:

  • Providing PPE and medical supplies to healthcare workers.
  • Distributing food assistance to families affected by economic hardships.
  • Supporting COVID-19 testing and treatment efforts.

Our Support

HCC is a global non-profit advocacy organization supporting individuals and families affected by rare and genetic diseases. We work tirelessly to ensure no one is denied access to medical care due to financial or geographic barriers.

Helping Children

Millions of children in impoverished communities lack access to basic healthcare and education. HCC partners with local organizations to provide life-saving medical services and educational opportunities to these vulnerable children.

Women’s and Children’s Health

Maternal and child mortality rates remain high in many parts of Africa. By working with local healthcare professionals and community leaders, HCC strives to improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes for mothers and children in underserved regions.

Challenges We Address

Vaccine Access

Many rural and remote areas lack access to vaccines due to weak healthcare systems and misinformation. HCC works to improve vaccine distribution and awareness, ensuring equitable access to life-saving immunizations.

Healthcare Infrastructure

Weak health systems make it difficult to deliver consistent medical care. We partner with stakeholders to strengthen healthcare networks and ensure sustainable access to treatment and preventive care.

Data & Monitoring

Accurate health data is crucial for effective healthcare interventions. HCC supports local programs in tracking progress and utilizing data to optimize resource allocation and healthcare strategies.
